Rest assured that tours booked directly with us are fully refundable if there is a cancellation due to the weather. We will do our best to work with you to reschedule your flight to suit your travel plans.

Who is the operator of your helicopter fleet?

Our key fleet operate under the Helilink Limited Part 135 Air Operators Certificate. Helilink is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airwork Holdings Limited, a publicly listed company in New Zealand. Check out www.airwork.co.nz and  www.inflite.nz for more information. From time to time we may utilise other operators and helicopters other than our core fleet, this will be made clear to all clients at the time of booking and flight.
